I ordered replacement sunglasses and, WOW what amazing service I have received!!
After finding my original sunglasses (which were brand new at Christmas, a present from my husband) broken with a smashed lens, I was so sad. My OTIS Interlude (and Great Service)
Absolutely love my OTIS Interludes. Classic style and very comfortable. The lenses are great at filtering out the harsh WA sun.
Got my Interludes as a result of an unfortunate accident with my OTIS Test of Times. Thankfully, the helpful OTIS team told me that I could get a discount on my Interludes by submitting a claim form and photos of my damaged Test of Times. The service was great. Had my new pair in my hand inside 5 days!!
