Complimentary shipping for all orders shipped anywhere in Australia.
OTIS eyewear Australia does not ship to locations outside of Australia. Please use our international contacts list to find your nearest stockist.
Please consider your delivery address and ensure that the correct details have been entered at checkout. All orders will be left at the delivery address without signature. If you do not wish to have your parcel left, or have any special requirements, please email customer service cs_otis@leisurecollective.com.au with your request.
We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier for your order, depending on the size of the parcel, and the location to be shipped. We endeavour to process all orders within the next business day, however please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Please allow 3-7 business days from date of dispatch for your parcel to be delivered.
OTIS Eyewear will take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damaged goods or missing orders lost in transit.
Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent tracking advice to check on the status of your order, via email or SMS. Any damaged or lost orders will be subject to an investigation with our carriers. This investigation can take up to 10 days. After that time we will be able to take further action into the location of your order.
OTIS Eyewear reserves the right to cancel an order if it cannot supply the goods within the order. You will be contacted directly in the event of this occurring.
