Scratched or broken lenses are NOT considered manufacturing nor is frame damage due to mishap/misuse. We stand by the premium materials we’ve chosen 100%. However, if a legitimate warranty is presented to us, we’ll do everything we possibly can to get the defective pair of shades out of your hands and replaced.
All OTIS lenses exceed the strictest Australian, US, and European standards for quality and strength. Mineral glass is the most scratch resistant lens material available, but it is not scratch proof and can crack or scratch if not cared for properly. Scratched and broken lenses are not covered under warranty and we do not offer spare parts (i.e lens replacements, arms etc) however we know accidents happen, so OTIS offers a simple and easy way to have your sunglasses replaced at a reduced cost, Click HERE for repair info. To proceed with a warranty claim please follow the below steps.
- Step 1 – Complete and print the below warranty form. Please ensure all fields are completed and printed clearly.
- Step 2 – Package up your glasses along with your form and post to your relevant countries address (found on the form).
- Step 3 – Drop your parcel at your nearest post office. Remember to add tracking if you wish to check your parcels progress, Otis is not responsible for items lost in transit.
We endeavor to process all returns within 48 hours of arrival and we will contact you within this time if we have any queries with your return. All replacement glasses are sent via express and should arrive to you within 2-5 working days of dispatch, once dispatched you will be emailed your return tracking information.
