To continue with your claim, please follow the steps below:

1. Print a copy of your details from the form below and include it in your parcel along with your broken glasses.

2. Package up your glasses and send to the following address:

3. Drop off at your local Australia Post branch.

We endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of arrival, and we will contact you within this time if we have any queries with your return.

All replacement glasses are sent via express post and should arrive to you within 2-5 working days of dispatch.
