Winners will find the winning ticket inside their OTIS sunglasses box they have purchased online or in store. Winning ticket will contain instructions on how to activate code to use to redeem voucher. Code must be entered in one transaction—cannot be split across orders. Minimum spend of $100 required. Cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or promotions. Vouchers won in-store are only redeemable at the same location where the winning ticket was obtained. Voucher is valid for one year.
